Refund / Replacement on the Bellini Intelli Kitchen Master

Hi Everyone!

I've had a few people contact me (thank you for all your comments and feedback) to let me know that Bellini are offering a replacement KM to all customers direct through Target or directly with them.

I emailed Bellini earlier in the week and advised them of the burning base and as some of you have mentioned, they are working on fixing the issue and are offering replacements to all who have purchased when the upgraded version comes out.  I gave them my name and address and they said they will ship a new one to me as soon as they receive them and they said I can keep my machine in the meantime until the new one arrives.  I'm not exactly sure how long this is going to take - but when I find out I will update this post to let everyone know.....

Here is Bellini's contact email address if you wish to email them (they have been pretty quick to reply to me) admin@gsmsales.com.au.

Generally I have been reasonably happy with the KM - making dips, sorbets, crushing ice, milling sugar and flour, chopping veg and risotto - but obviously am a bit disappointed with the burning base.  Hopefully the upgraded product will be much better.... I am willing to give it another try!

Any feedback is always great - and I thank all my followers for their comments!

  1. They have been very responsive and helpful. I registered on Monday for a replacement. On Tuesday my blades wouldn't come out, so they are sending me a new bowl. Yesterday when I was steaming my vegies I noticed the steamer lid was warped so they are sending me a new one of those too - should get to me by Tuesday.
On the up side made a beautiful sorbet tonight. I really hope they sort it out, because when It works it is fabulous. Here's hoping!

  2. Hi!
Your blog is fabulous!! I'm on holidays and have had the luxury of spending the last hour browsing the net re Bellinis and have just finished reading all your posts (and everyone's great comments!) I found it such a relief to discover that I am not the only one having a disastrous time with the Bellini KM!! Burnt bottoms, ruined custards, hideous mayonnaise (what a waste of a whole bottle of EVOO!!) I returned mine (Bellini were fabulous to deal with!) and ordered a Thermomix- on payment plan- decided to go with the original- if you pay peanuts you get monkeys! Thanks and good luck! :)

  3. I had to take
Mine back today after the blades stopped turning. They've told me the new improved Bellini is due around the 14ty but will be at full price. My target manager has agreed to replace with the new for same price. Can't wait.

  5. Just thought I would give you all a heads up on when the replacements are likely to arrive. I spoke with GSM today and was told June! Also the machines have only just gone into production. Has anyone seen the almost identical machine in the latest Good Guys catalogue for $499? Would be interested to know if it has the same issues. Have to admit though apart from the occasional burning mine is still going strong.

  6. I just spoke with the general manager of Bellini, he advised that the replacements won't be ready until at least August. :(

  8. New Bellini Is out shortly. There is a steam function now and an extra bladE. Are you still cooking with your bellini? Ive tried quite a few recipes, including chicken and corn soup. Am very happy just waiting for replacement to cook custards etc. The extra blade will avoid chopping up of the food.

  10. I say, bite the bullet and bye the real thing - the only complaint I have heard about the real thing is the price - but once you have used it you will join the chorus of 'its the best money I have ever spent'

  11. Hello all! I rang Bellini yesterday, after seeing the KM in the new catalogue, to remind them that there are a lot of people who have been waiting for 5 months with little or no contact who should have received their replacement before or at least at the same time as Target got their shipment. So I wandered into Target today on the advice of the GM of GSM, and got a replacement for the KM. It comes with a blunt stirring blade as well now. Have only just taken it out of the box, so will keep you posted.

  12. Have just seen the bellini advertised in the target catalogue for 329 (15% off). Just wondering if anyone has the new machine and after having used it for a few months how does it rate? Nicki

  13. I have been in touch with Gsm, after seeing two Bellini Kitchen Machines in stock in Toowoomba on a day trip there. GSM told me that they were not getting in the new machines until this week just gone and they will deliver a replacement shortly thereafter and to pack mine up for collection. Hoping that happens this week.

  14. Also on my blog I received an anom state, emt saying Good Giys superchef is only one allowed to sell in Aust. That target has to remove the Bellini from their stores etc. sounded like they worked for that company to me. Check my blog for their state,emt...interesting. Makes me a bit worried of whether replace, emts are arriving or this person is using scare tactics.Do let us know if anyone else receives their aching replacement. Excited, but nervous...
